Description: UNITED STATES, 19TH CENTURY An 1860's scrimshaw whale tooth with engraved image of a bearded Civil War soldier. The military-style cape shows captain's bars on the shoulders. The reverse has the image of a woman, anchor, and the initials G.B.M.
Dimensions: Measures 6 3/8" tall.
Condition Report: Overall good condition with old patina.
Provenance: Comes with certificate of Authenticity report.
