Description: 1862 part envelope written from Port Louis addressed to Bordeaux, bearing 4d rose pair (SG.62), tied by B/53 obliterator with Mauritius c.d.s. on reverse, sent on the steamer 'Nepaul' via Suez with Anglo-French accountancy 'GB/1f 62 4/10' & hand struck oval instructional 'Insufficiently/Prepaid' in red, charged '18' on arrival with Bordeaux arrival.
