Description: A 19th Century tortoiseshell veneered mantel clock, applied gilt metal mounts the case with urnular finial and pagoda top, applied leafy mounts and flanked by urn and spire finials, the front with central mask and foliate scroll frame above pair of eagle mounts, the brass dial with enamelled tablets, Roman numerals, blued steel hands, the reeded frame centred on a further female mask and ornate base and foliate wrapped leaf scroll feet, the French movement numbered 5566, 37cm high, late 19th Century (restored)
