For example one patch is 20cm by 3cm approximately. There are scattered small repairs around this area and other areas of the rug. Six rows down within the main field there is a square re-weave 7 by 7cm approximately which is a different motif to those flanking it. There is a small cobbled repair upper centre of lower border. Original flatweave and fringing, not overlocked, at both ends. Later overcast sidecords. A pretty rug with exuberant combination of motifs.
