Description: Decorated with two swallows flying in the sky and sitting on a rock. Background decorated with peony flowers. 25cm height. Vase signed by Liu Yucen, dated by inscription - 1930. Liu Yucen was the youngest of the 'Eight Friends of Zhushan.' Known for his innovation of water droplets on peach flowers and method of fencai enameling. Became one of the leading ceramicists working in Jingdezhan in his 20s.
