Description: A group of 4 ancient tools and weapons from the Leighton Wilkie collection. The four pieces are nicely mounted individual labels and include a Greek bronze celt, c. 700 BC, a Western Asian bronze axe-head, c. 1000 BC, an Egyptian copper alloy hoe, c. 1200 BC, and a Roman bronze spear point, c. 300 BC. Largest L: 4 3/5 in (11.7cm). Each is well-preserved and set on wood dowels which are in turn set into a rectangular wood block. Ex Leighton Wilkie collection.
