Description: A Kashan Bottle, 12th Century, the compressed globular body rising to a ringed neck with "thistle" mouth, the whole covered in a turquoise glaze, the foot left unglazed, height 27.9cms and a ruby lustre hard red clay pottery bowl, by Alfred Powell, 1920s, painted with a crouching tiger on a trellis ground, impressed M (Millwall Pottery?), silver lustre painted with Powell's monogram and no. 3228, 26cm diameter (2) Provenance: The Mohamed Makiya Collection (1914-2015)
