Lot 1301: A LATE VICTORIAN CUT-GLASS THIRTY-TWO LIGHT CHANDELIER, CIRCA 1880, ATTRIBUTED TO F. & C. OSLER, BIRMINGHAM |
26 October 2016
London, United KingdomLive Auction
Magnificent. Squint corona which should be easily fixed. Would benefit from a clean and being professionally re-wired. There are chips and cracks to some glass elements and losses to beads and pendants. Residual resin to some glass branches where electric wire has been held in place. Some old repairs to branches - generally though stable. Gallery inspection recommended.
