Description: Made to measure in fine Navy blue cloth by "H. Miehe Wilhelmshaven", double rows of fire-gilt anchor buttons and black silk liner with tailor label. Sewn-in shoulder boards of base cloth with wide continuous gold braid and gilt appliqués (one imperial crown missing) as well as the black/white/red stripe for dischargees with the authorization for uniform wear.
