Description: The Chinese porcelain charger potted with gently rounded sides rising from a short gently tapering foot, the broad central interior boldly decorated with a large scaly dragon chasing a flaming pearl, the dragon depicted with a ferocious expression amidst flames and reserved on an attractive deep cobalt blue ground decorated with crashing waves, further with two striding dragons encircling around the rim and exterior. The underbase left white underglaze. Mark on base, of six blue script -KaiShu- characters, GuangXu Reign Period of Great Qing.
