Description: A pair of gilt bronze candlesticks in Regence style, 19th century, each with urn socket above a tri-section stem cast with herms at the canted angles, on foliate cast shallow domed bases, 26cm high; a gilt metal table lamp cast as a candlestick in Regence style, early 20th century, 37cm high overall; a gilt metal table lamp, 19th century and later refitted for electricity, with twisted stem, 73cm high overall; and a brass candlestick, circa 1640 and later fitted for electricity, with hexagonal section socket above a broad drip tray, 33cm high excluding later fittings Provenance: Baron Robert Rothschild and thence by descent
