each with a rectangular top rail, rising to a central slightly curved headrest with scroll ends, the stiles continuing to the seat frame, the central splat carved in relief with a bat carrying a box and peach branch and flanked by a pair of archaistic dragons, the stepped arms with scroll terminals supported with archaistic dragon struts, the square seat supported on rectangular section corner legs joined by a beaded shaped apron carved with pairs of confronted dragons and with stretchers above the scroll feet
