The clay fine and exquisite, the glaze smooth with a moist appearance, the finishing meticulous. Each of shallow form with gently rounded sides, decorated to the interior with an incised pair of confronting Aubergine and Green dragons contesting a flaming pearl amongst clouds and flames within a double circle, the exterior further decorated with leafy grapes, all reserved on yellow ground.
Mark on base, a seal mark, with six seal script -ZhuanShu- characters, JiaQing Reign Period of Great Qing.
