Description: A privately commissioned Spode bone china tyg commemorating Stoke City Football Club and their new home at the Britannia Stadium in 1997, one of two, the other in the ownership of Stoke City Football Club, this version privately commissioned by Nick Hancock with kind permission of the Football Club (recorded & inscribed to the base), red & white striped decoration between bands of footballs, bearing the Stoke-on-Trent Coat of Arms, and inscribed STOKE CITY FOOTBALL CLUB, THE BRITANNIA STADIUM, height 16cm., in original fitted box
