Description: dating: Qing (1644-1911)
provenance: China
Shaped as a pressed pear and covered with a spotted, turquoise, blue and violet enamel; at the inside of the raised foot is the three-character, blue mark Jing Wei Tang (敬畏堂). Missing cover. The
Il marchio Jing Wei Tang Zhi mark is a hallmark that can be translated as: "made for the Veneration and Respect Hall".
