Description: A Roman pale yellow-green glass bottle, c. 2nd - 3rd Century AD, the body piriform with deeply indented base, tubular neck and wide mouth with inward folded rim. The bottle is heavily patinated with a beautiful golden brown color with light iridescence. H: 3 1/4 in (8.3 cm). Ex UK private collection formed in the 1970s. Gifted to the present UK owner in 2012.
