Condition Report: In generally good overall condition, leaves cropped to accommodate later binding, various stains and worm holes with associated repair, abrasions to binding, as viewed.

Provenance: The dedicatory roundel on f.1a indicates that the Qur'an was in the possession of the Zaydi Imam of Yemen al-'Abbas ibn al-Husayn (r.1748-75). A note in the upper right corner of f.1a says that the manuscript passed to his successor al-Mansur (r.1775-1809) in 1208 AH/1793 AD.
