Description: A South German walnut bureau cabinet, late 18th Century, the top with an arched moulded cornice centred by an ebonised carved rosette, above a crossbanded door flanked by eight crossbanded slightly bowed drawers, with circular brass drop handles and tied ribbons, above a sloping front enclosing drawers, the serpentine base with three long crossbanded drawers each with three well figured panels, on block feet. 208 cm high, 127 cm wide, 68cm deep
