Description: Blade shinogi zukuri, chu kissaki, torii zori. Choji midare hamon. Itame hada, boshi kaen with deep kaeri. Slight rust film in spots and small chipping at the edge of the blade. Nakago ubu, two mekugi ana, kesho yasurime, uninscribed. Silver covered, engraved copper habaki. Black lacquer saya, silvered handachi mounts with karakusa engraving. Nademarugata copper tsuba with shakudo fukurin and io shippo sukashi. Tsuka fitted with same and green silk cord wrap, mounted with gilt dragon menuki. Copper kozuka with a depiction of arrows and a quiver in shakudo. Mounting from the mid Edo period. Length k/m 46.2 cm, total length 70 cm.
