Description: 11-inch dial with double cherub and crown spandrels, matted centre with subsidiary seconds dial, engraved date aperture and ringed winding holes, the movement with five knopped and ringed pillars, anchor escapement, outside count wheel striking on a bell, the restored case with replaced domed caddy cresting, giltwood finials and foliate frieze fret, the rectangular trunk door with a glazed lenticle and inlaid with vase, bird and flower marquetry, the similarly inlaid plinth with moulded base

Condition Report: Dial is rather dirty but otherwise ok. Movement is complete, escape wheel possibly replaced, appears clean and looks as though it would run. The case has a replaced caddy cresting, finials and frieze fret, other minor repairs and restorations, base of plinth replaced. With pendulum, two brass-cased weights, and two case keys but no winder.
