Description: After Harry Bright (1846-1895) AN ENGLISH TEAM; AN AUSTRALIAN ELEVEN a cricket-themed pair of colour prints portraying eleven native English and eleven native Australian birds, both uniformly mounted. framed & glazed, 42 by 72cm. These prints were produced to commemorate England winning their 5th consecutive home series in 1893 and regaining the Ashes having lost them to Australia in 1891-92.
