Description: ''Colonade [sic], Queretaro'', church facade, circa 1923, signed lower right: Alson Clark, titled on a partial exhibition label affixed verso, oil on canvas, 46'' H x 35'' W, est: $20,000/30,000. Exhibited: Grand Central Art Gallery, New York, NY, October 1925. Note: This lot is accompanied by a copy of Deborah Solon's 2005 book, ''An American Impressionist: The Art and Life of Alson Skinner Clark''.

Condition Report: Visual: Generally good condition. Frame abrasion with some scattered spots of paint loss along the four edges. A .75'' tear in the canvas with minor paint loss upper right. Blacklight: A 7.5'' x 2.25'' scattered area, a 2.5'' x 2.25'' scattered area and a few small spots and lines of touch-up in the doorway.

Notes: This lot is accompanied by a copy of Deborah Solon's 2005 book, ''An American Impressionist: The Art and Life of Alson Skinner Clark''
