Henry") in the third person within the text, a document written on behalf of Martin Key who agrees to allow Henry to settle on the land on Leatherwood Creek in Henry County purchased by Henry but currently involved in a legal dispute. Additionally signed by Martin Key and witness William Henry. With docketing in holograph on the terminal page: "Martin Key's agreement to settle anywhere on Leatherwood Lands." 1 page, small 4to, with integral blank; silked on verso, few short closed tears at right edge.
