Description: Blade hira zukuri, light torii zori. Weak ko choji hamon, hada not recognisable due to forceful polishing, yaki tsune boshi. Over-polished rust spots. Nakago ubu with one mekugi ana, kiri yasurime, inscribed "Sukesada". Gilt copper habaki. Ishime lacquer saya and tsuka, with silver application of a kiri blossom branch. Apart from the iron aoi kashira all mounts of silver. Kogai with awataguchi mon. Mounted with menuki depicting shishi and peonies. Mounting from the mid Edo period. Length k/m 18.2cm, total length 30 cm.
