18 jewel movement no. 186178, screw set, split bi-metallic balance, adj. to 8 positions, case no. 402449, decorative silver tone dial with Roman numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds dial. Case, dial, movement and bow signed for Patek Philippe with box.

Overall condition: very good to excellent condition

Case back (inner & outer), hunter case and hinges: all in very good condition, some light scratches and wear.
Case marked for Patek Philippe and 18k with Swiss marks.
