Description: bronze mahogany
This cheval mirror is in restored condition. There are marks and scratches consistent with age and use, and old repairs, replacements and losses to the veneers, with one small loss to the stretcher. The pediment with replaced mouldings. The uprights, with traces of restoration are unstable and in need of attention. With traces of old woodworm which appears to be no longer active. Repolished surface. Mirror plate with losses to silvering.
