Description: A Near Eastern Luristan bronze finial in the form of two rampant bulls, Western Iran, c. 1200 - 1000 BC, their bodies joined together without forelegs, rear legs nicely detailed with curved tails. Both animals stand atop a conical pedestal decorated with parallel ridges, a pin joins the two parts together from top to bottom, the terminal, protruding upward between the bull\'s snout, nicely detailed with wide ridges and a flared top. Intact.Size : L: 7 3/8 in (18.7cm).
