Formed London 1899 to work the quicksilver mines at Ouen-Shang-Chang in the Kwei-Chao Province of China. These mines were situated near the eastern frontier of the province of Kwei-Chau, about 15 miles from Lung-Tchi-Ko, a small town communicating with Shanghai by two rivers (the Yuen-Kiang and the Yang-Tse-Kiang). The concession to work these mines also gave the right to the control and working of all quicksilver, coal, iron, and other mines in the province of Kwei-Chau, and of the existing smelting works at Tsing-Ki. Liquidated 1916. Rarity 12.
