Description: ART NOUVEAU
COPPER AND BRASS JEWELLERY CASKET, CIRCA 1900
embossed with whiplash foliage and set with a Ruskin ceramic roundel, the interior with velvet lining, marked to base MCVITIE & PRICE/ LONDON & EDINBURGH
18cm x 9.5cm x 13cm

Condition Report: Box in good overall condition
A couple of minor patches of rubbing to the Ruskin roundel inset to lid, other Ruskin roundels to sides of box in good order, expected fine crazing
Some small patches of tarnishing here and there, mainly to brass legs/uprights
Interior rim of lid and top of lock plate with some scratches
Some evidence of polish here and there
Interior in good overall condition
Hinge in good working order
