Description: BESWICK POTTERY
GROUP OF BEATRIX POTTER FIGURES, 1948-1972
to include SAMUEL WHISKERS, JEMIMA PUDDLEDUCK, FLOPSY, MOPSY & COTTON-TAIL, and MRS TITTLEMOUSE all with BP1 printed gilt backstamp; in addition to twenty-eight figures with BP2 printed gilt backstamp (32)
tallest 12cm high

Condition Report: - most figures in overall good condition and appearance
- light crazing to the glaze on most figures
- typical paint and glaze irregularities
- figures have been examined under UV light and show no signs of restoration
Mrs Tittlemouse BP1 - chip to one ear
Flopsy, Mopsy & Cottontail BP1 - factory flaw under the glaze to the back of one ear
Timmy Willy - chip to base
Mrs Flopsy Bunny - flaw or chip to ear
Miss Moppet - re-stuck chip to ear
Benjamin Bunny - head re-stuck with small chip, crack through body, chip to foot rim
Foxy Whiskered Gentleman - chip to ear
