Description: BLOWN AND GAUAFFERED SMOKE BELLS, LOT OF EIGHT, opal, opaque white and colorless with frosting, one example with light opalescence, bell forms, each with original metal cap and ring handle, comprising four examples with a blue applied rim, one example with original chain. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. and others.

Condition Report: Seven examples undamaged, remaining example with starch blue applied rim damaged.

Provenance: Property of the late Joann Bowen.

Dimensions: 3" to 4" HOA, 3 3/8" to 4 1/8" D.

Medium: Second half 19th century.
