The BMW 1082 Touring offered here is a German vehicle from second-hand ownership, painted in the popular orange tone color Inka, from the last years of production in 1974.
The original BMW series 114, also called 02 series, comprised middle-class vehicles made between 1966 and 1977. Only four-cylinder models with engine sizes of 1.5, 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0 liters with up to 130 hp were available. In time for the Olympic games in Munich in 1971 the revolutionary wagon coupé with tailgate was released – it was called Touring. This model may be called the ancestor of the modern sedan with tailgate. The 1802 was offered as a simpler variant as of 1971, which was also available as Touring. It had a brisk performance due to its 100 hp while being quite economic.
