Thome, one pattern bearing the date 1787, another the entry HR Quimper. Watermark of the 'Fortune figure' with the initials VDL. Fol.-obl. Original light brown wrps. w. small drawing on front side. (Sides loose, edges a little dam., spine cut. but plates very fine). Beautiful collection of watercolours depicting decorated dishes in the traditional Quimper style: men and women wearing the typical dresses, flowers, birds and also two with the script 'w la libertè' and 'w la nation'.
