There is overall conservation with some deft sealed centerfold area and other splits, scattered repairs primarily at the center, corners and outer marginal edges. This note is well centered both face and back having mostly clear text. It appears Fine in its overall eye appeal. Some of the printed text and designs have been partially redrawn. The reverse side Paul Revere central design displays a Colonial Massachusetts Minutemen with his "Sword in Hand" and a copy of the "MAGNA CHARTA" held in his other hand.
