Description: DIAMOND QUILT AIR-TRAP MOTHER-OF-PEARL SATIN MINIATURE LAMP, cased dark to light yellow, square-form font with a dimple on each side, colorless applied base with eight raised toes, each with feathered pattern, matching patterned shade with tightly crimped square-form rim, period collar. Fitted with a Lacroix & Ferrary burner, colorless chimney.
Dimensions: 9 7/8" H to top of shade, 5 1/4" H to top of collar, 3 1/4" SQ base.
Medium: Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century.
Condition Report: (UPDATED 10/20/16) Undamaged font, shade with a light approximately 1/4" diagonal hairline off fitter. Burner with some scattered light corrosion, denting and a very short split to gallery ring, chimney undamaged.
