The vase is thick potted of characteristic MeiPing form, rising from a narrow base, a wide body with heavy toward rounded shoulder, with narrow neck supported the banded rim and a small mouth opening. The exterior decorated with hand painting in Douai design, attractive cobalt blue drawing lines with opaque color filling under glazed, of nine striding colorful dragons interspersed by dense of scrolling tendril. Banded with auspicious pattern on collar and foot base. The MeiPing vase elegantly displayed upon a carved wooden stand. The underside base left unglazed, reveal pale-creme with burnt grayish-orange spots in the firing.
Mark on receded under glazed square on base, a seal mark, of six blue seal script -ZhuanShu- characters, QianLong Reign Period of Great Qing.
