His book made him an enemy of the Nazis, who burned many of his works.

Condition / Notes: This is a scarce first printing of the first American edition of this work. The antique volume is bound in gray cloth covers with stamped black and red lettering on the spine and front cover. The exterior shows very mild toning/soiling. The binding is solid. The pages show mild age toning concentrated in the margins, as well as very occasional light marginal spots.
