The history of this Ferrari 512 BB is well-documented by several invoices and other papers. It was well-kept and moderately used in the past and is in a very good condition without pending repairs.
The Ferrari 512 BB is a sports car with a mid-ship engine from the Italian automobile manufacturer Ferrari with a Pininfarina body. It was produced as 512 BB from 1976 to 1981. Developed as a street-legal sports car, the 365 GT4/BB was first introduced at the Paris Motor Show in 1973 and was called “Berlinetta Boxer“. However, its flat engine is no real boxer engine but a V-12 with the cylinders arranged in 180 degree angles, just as it was used in the F-1. The designation Ferrari 512, in line with the racing car Ferrari 512S from 1970 with a 5 liter V12 engine was used in the series production when the 4.4 liter engine of the 65 GT/4 Berlinetta Boxer was increased to a size of around 5 liter
Only 929 units of the 512 BB were built between 1976 and 1981.
