Description: Fine pair of early 18th Century flintlock pistols, the pair at 30 bore with swamped barrels signed R HOUISON with steel barrels, brass trophy arms and grotesque mask butt caps, brass trigger guards with eagle finials, 39cm long. The pair of pistols were originally sold with Wallis & Wallis on the 6th July 1956, the pistols come with the Wallis & Wallis Centenary book
