All four miniatures are from the same artist, whose ability is distinquished by finest miniature painting. Each respective leaf is mounted under glass and with a frame featuring lacquer and gold sprinkles. The motifs are respectively rajas (princes) with their entourage, in front of the palace, hunting, exploitation of the quarry etc. Each picture shows finely stylized rocks, resp. mountains, flowers and grasses, as well as decorative details, also humoresque. Such as someone in a hunting scene fleeing from a wild animal on a cliff, dangling above and clutching at the peak. Precisely painted in the tiniest of details, stylistically picturesque Mannerism. Three leaves with gold painting in the space around, as well as in the depiction of animals resp. figures. All pictures with text on back. Worm damage respectively on band side, while in contrast the pictoral depictions are mostly very well-preserved.
