Condition / Notes: This is the first edition of this work. The volume is bound in dark green cloth, with gilt lettering to the front cover and spine. The exterior of the volume displays faint moisture markings and rubbing. The spine is slightly cocked. The front hinge is cracked. A bookplate is present to the front paste-down. The interior of this volume displays occasional foxing and smudging, and a few creases. The work is illustrated with black and white plates.
