Isaac Dobrinsky was born in 1891 in Makaroff, Kyiv region, Ukraine. He studied at Sabatovski School of Art. He leaves to Paris in 1912. For two years the artist shared the studio with Chaim Soutine.
In 1917 he attends the Colarossi workshop. Dobrinsky painted many sights of Menton. He died in 1973 in Paris.
