Condition / Notes: This is the stated second edition of this work. The antique volume is bound in full leather with stamped gilt ruling to the covers and spine, and five raised bands on the spine. There is moderate rubbing and toning to the exterior. The front hinge is cracked. The text block is solid. The armorial bookplate of the Schorsch library is affixed to the front pastedown. A former owner's inscription appears in the upper margin of the title page. The pages show light age toning and scattered foxing, mostly marginal.
