Description: Artist: MANUEL ORAZI (1860-1934) Size: 15 1/2 x 22 1/2 in./39.5 x 57.2 cm Société d'Impressions d'Art Industriel, Paris One of Orazi's most exciting and intricate designs, this theatrical recreation of a Barbarian invasion is shown barreling toward the viewer. The Byzantine style he utilizes on the pagan princess's elaborate gown is reminiscent of that which he used in his rendering of Sarah Bernhardt as Theodora (see PAI-XLII, 43). This is the smaller format version of the poster.
