Description: Aristotle's Institutiones Philosophicae. Manuscript in Latin. Burdigalae [Bordeaux], 1643-1644. Small quarto. 287; 188 pages. Cursive script in brown ink on laid paper. Full period sheep, several chips including to spine, boards broken, quite worn. Contents with water-staining throughout (primarily to upper margins), a couple of leaves with marginal chipping (one with loss of several letters), else Good. With early ownership inscriptions to front blanks of "Chausseyr Bockus" and "Laurentius Leonardus Mazeau Desgranges in fieski." Interesting work on Aristotelian philosophy and physics.
