Description: Handsome gilt and black neoclassical elongated mirror from the early 1900's. Grecian urn with floral garland provides the wooden header with an additional urn and swag applique seen on the bottom solid black panel. The upper panel depicts an etched urn with floral arrangement as well underscored with one inch black trim and gilt carvings at the ends,echoed again above the bottom panel. Additional dark gilt carvings at the corners and surrounded by the ribbon style black and gilt frame. Wire on back for hanging along with a hand written name and address,partially legible. "Rev. Robert Shadbogs 80 Dean St. Cranston, ND" ,the spelling of the last name and town with state are questionable. The mirror in near perfect condition with only a couple of very light lengthwise streaking to the bottom portion of mirror. Measures 56 inches high, 18 wide X 1 deep. Item ID:BR38333
