Description: This is an antique seven drawer compartment spice or apothecary wall hanging box from New England circa early 1800s for your consideration. The antique hanging spice box is handmade of walnut wood with secondary New England white pine. Walnut wood was considered prized. The antique wall hanging spice box has two arched medial centers on the top and bottom. The antique wall hanging spice cupboard box is fronted with mitered moulded walnut wood. The antique walnut spice cupboard has seven mortised drawers. The front of the drawer is walnut and the rest is white pine. The four sides of the box are dovetailed. The back board is white pine and attached by small nails. The six smaller spice drawers have small original porcelain knobs and the larger drawer retains the original wood knob.

Condition Report: Excellent condition with age appropriate patina.

Dimensions: 16 inches high, 8 inches wide, and 5 inches high.
