The deep rounded sides rising from a short straight foot to a gently flared rim, the exterior delicately painted in various shades of cobalt blue with four Chrysanthemum medallions interspersed with leafy tendril. Banded on the rim and foot with fine lines.
Mark on base, a seal mark, of six blue script -KaiShu- characters enclosed within double fine rings, KangXi Reign Period of Great Qing.
