Description: Pair of Chinese porcelain rectangular plant pots, stoutly potted with four steep sides everted toward slightly flaring rim, to rectangular opening, raised on four shaped carmine-red low legs beneath the flat base. Each side panel decorated with five gilt 'double-happiness' medallions surrounded with five pale-blue Fu bats, interspersed by peach abundant and knotted ribbons, all against pale-yellow under glazed ground. Banded with key fret pattern on the upper lip, with interlocking ruyi under the rim, and upward petal lappets around the foot.

Mark between two pierced water drainage on base, a seal mark, with six iron-red script -KaiShu- characters, GuangXu Reign Period of Great Qing.
