Description: Chinese porcelain plant pots sturdily potted in prism-octagonal vessel with flared rim, gently rounded on the cavetto, raised on eight shaped shallow legs. Each side panels decorated reverse relief painting with birds and various floral foliate motifs, the upper lip with floral sprays pattern, all against pale-celadon underglaze grounds. The underside base left unglazed, revealed the pale-creme ground with burnt orange and darker spots in the firing.
